SEASONED
HANDYTRAC TALENT, FELIX
AMBROSETTI, PROMOTED TO MANAGER OF CLIENT SERVICES
Alpharetta, GA (January 23, 2009) - After
working in virtually every area of the company, eight-year HandyTrac
veteran,
Felix Ambrosetti, has been promoted to Manager of Client Services. With
a strong
background in customer service and technical support, Ambrosetti has
performed
an array of roles within the company: Service Technician, Production
Coordinator, Installation Coordinator and Client Services Technician,
to name a
few—always working to ensure that productivity and customer service
remain
consistently excellent.
Ambrosetti
began working at the HandyTrac helpdesk in 2000,
where he went beyond answering phones and technical support for their
top-of-the-line keycard systems. “The good thing about working for
HandyTrac is
the variety of areas to which I can contribute,” explains Ambrosetti. “Even
though I had my primary duties at the helpdesk, I’ve also been able to
help
develop and service the online system as well as perform research and
development. The company is small enough that I could do a lot more
than answer
phones—it’s been very gratifying and interesting
work.”
In
his new position, Ambrosetti oversees production and
quality assurance, as well as any high-level service calls that require
more
than general technical assistance. “In
my previous role, I might have handled more than 115 calls each month,
in
addition to my involvement with projects outside of customer service,”
he says.
Now, as Manager of Client Services and Production, Ambrosetti is
charged with
making sure all the systems get built and sold with quality assurance
and
accurate inventorying as well as overseeing all aspects of production
manufacturing. Ambrosetti is also involved in supervising projects in
pre-production, such as changing vendors.
The
impressive breadth and depth of knowledge and skills
that Ambrosetti acquired over the near nine years he’s been with
HandyTrac has
also positioned him as a critical source of information for technicians
who are
newer to the organization. He’s worked on the front end of HandyTrac’s
partnership with Schlage, supervising production and training employees
on how
to properly utilize the software that HandyTrac developed for the
Schlage
systems. Looking forward, Ambrosetti plans to increase his ability to
supervise
and do more project management, while honing his leadership skills. As
an
example of his continued commitment to supporting the future of the
company,
Ambrosetti is directly involved in all new product rollouts, which
include HandyTrac’s
Biometrics Reader – the only fully integrated biometrics reader in the
key
control industry.
