HANDYTRAC BEING AWARDED U.S. PATENT FOR INTERNET-
BASED KEY CONTROL APPLICATION
BRADENTON, FL. - March 3, 2005 - HandyTrac today announced that the U.S.
Patent and Trademark Office will award the company a patent for a new process of using
an external Website to automatically call and download key control data from a
customer's datalog computer for online reporting and archiving purposes.

organization The HandyTrac Online patented system connects with a customer's datalog
via a phone or fax line and retrieves information about the property's key control
operations for the day. The data is stored at HandyTrac's Class A+ Data Center, which
has military grade security. A variety of reports can automatically be created by the
system for review by the manager on the HandyTrac Web site (www.handytrac.com).
