HANDYTRAC OPENS REGIONAL OFFICE IN DALLAS

 

BRADENTON, FL ., July 2001 – To meet the growing demand for its multi-family products and services, HandyTrac announces that it has opened a new regional office in the Dallas / Fort Worth area. This is the company's third office, which follows the opening of offices in Atlanta, GA and Bradenton, FL.

To manage the new office, HandyTrac has named Melissa Steinkamp Regional Manager, Client Service, and Steve Branson, as new Director of Training. The office will serve the 250 properties in the region that are HandyTrac properties.

“The Dallas area is one of the leading growth areas in the multi-family industry,” stated John Lie-Nielsen, CEO, HandyTrac. “Since our customer base has grown it is a great opportunity to expand the HandyTrac Key Control System.”

Steinkamp is a ten-year veteran of the property management industry. Previously, she worked for McNeil Real Estate Management and Archon Management Services as National Systems Trainer, and for RealPage, Inc. where she was responsible for software sales and client account management. In her new position with HandyTrac, Steinkamp is responsible for maintaining relations with existing clients as well as forging relationships with new customers.

Branson has 18 years experience in corporate and technology training with extensive knowledge of PC-based applications. Previously as a Territory Manager for GNB / Exide Automotive Batteries, he was assigned to Wal-Mart where he was responsible for employee training and support of 100 stores in North Texas. Steve attended Devry College.
