FUNCTION: Sales Executive

TITLE: Sales Executive

SALARY: Competitive

COMMISSION: Competitive

OFFICE: Shared Office In High Quality Facility with voice mail, Internet connection, etc.

DRESS CODE: Business attire appropriate to public contact to project a professional image at all times.

SKILLS: Ability to organize, schedule, and “travel light” is important. Computer experience necessary – but minimally, a working knowledge of word processing and the Internet is essential.

EXPERIENCE: Sales experience including, cold and warm calls, ability to “close the sale”, experience with Apartment Industry, understanding of purchasing practices and simple maintenance concepts with some prior hands-on involvement also desirable.
