RESPONSIBILITIES
/ SKILLS:
- Assist
Clients as agreed upon with installation and training
both by phone and / or on-site.

- Immediate
response to all service related calls.
|
- Monitor
HandyTrac Work Order system for open issues and
issues directly assigned to me.
|
- Site
visits when necessary to repair or clean up and
install systems.
|
- Document
and relay problems with all HandyTrac products.
|
- Provide
installation consultations and training whenever
needed.
|
- Responsible
for periodic customer on-call duty subject to 0.5
hour response time.
|
- Working
knowledge of Windows 2000, NT, Access, Word, and
Excel.
|
|
