JOB DESCRIPTION

TITLE: Service Technician / Trainer

SALARY: Competitive

BONUS, ETC: Competitive

DRESS CODE: Business attire appropriate to conditions – business casual based on client dress code

RESPONSIBILITIES / SKILLS:

  • Assist Clients as agreed upon with installation and training both by phone and / or on-site.
  • Answer phones quickly.
  • Immediate response to all service related calls.
  • Monitor HandyTrac Work Order system for open issues and issues directly assigned to me.
  • Site visits when necessary to repair or clean up and install systems.
  • Document and relay problems with all HandyTrac products.
  • Provide installation consultations and training whenever needed.
  • Responsible for periodic customer on-call duty subject to 0.5 hour response time.
  • Working knowledge of Windows 2000, NT, Access, Word, and Excel.
  • Some travel.
